Q. I’m signed up. Now what?

You’ll receive your complete Member Welcome Package in 5-7 business days.
In that package will be your Member Card that you’ll need to show the golf course when you check-in to receive your special ExecGolf rate. On that same Member Card will be your 22 Bonus Rounds. You’ll also receive a separate Preview Member Card which will have your 6 Preview Rounds. Each time you use a Bonus Round or Preview Round, the golf course will punch the appropriate card.
Please do not lose either one of your Member Cards, as they are “same as cash” and have a replacement fee of $49 + tax.
Q. Is there a limit on how many times I can play?
A. This is an unlimited Membership program, so play as many times as you like!
Q. When does my Membership expire?
A. December 31, 2010.
Q. Can I use all 22 of my Bonus Rounds at the same golf course?
A. The Bonus Rounds are 2 rounds (one in-season and one off-season) at each of the Participating Courses with the exception of Champions Gate, Stonegate, Eagle Creek, Orange Lake and Shingle Creek which offer one off-season round only.
Q. If I buy the Foursome Deal do we all have to play together?
A. You do not have to play together, it is just a way to save more money!
Q. When can I sign-up for the tournament series?
A. Tournament schedule and sign-up information will be announced in January, 2010.
Q. What happens if a participating course can no longer accept ExecGolf play?
A. The participating courses are subject to change. If there is an instance where a participating course can no longer accept ExecGolf play due to course closure, renovations or for any other reason, ExecGolf will do everything possible to find a replacement course. This, however, cannot be guaranteed by ExecGolf.
Q. What if I lose my membership card?
A. Your membership card is "same as cash." There will be a $49 +tax fee to replace your membership card.
